How adorable is pink icing for any party? This Amazing Pink Strawberry Cream Cheese Icing is a quick and delicious way to make your cakes pretty in pink. Such an easy way to add that sweet pink color to any party setting.
Like my basic Amazing Cream Cheese Icing, it adds decadence to the simplest of cakes. It’s perfect on almost anything and it’s more versatile than you think! Having a great recipe for pink icing is a necessity when you have a toddler who loves everything pink! But who doesn’t? Somehow pink just always tastes good.
With any cream cheese frosting, there are basically 5 key ingredients: butter, cream cheese, powdered sugar and a flavoring of choice. Keep in mind this is not intended to be an airy icing. It pipes and spreads easily and holds up really well. It will need to be refrigerated because of the cheese. But in my opinion, refrigeration makes it taste even better! You just can’t go wrong with cream cheese icing!
