So I made this Fat-Burning Cabbage Soup recipe that’s trending on social media right now. All I can say is Holy batch of soup! The recipe makes a ton… this is going to last awhile.
This Fat-Burning Cabbage Soup is super tasty and jam-packed with veggies. It is a great addition to any healthy diet. (Only 1sp per cup!)

This tomato and cabbage soup was rumored, in days of old, to “melt away those thighs.”
Does it work? Whelllll… I actually noticed a difference. Maybe because I’ve been so full on this soup, it reduced my appetite? Whatever the science, it has worked for me. It was a great way for me to jump start my health kick, get in my veggies, and get past weight loss plateaus.

This soup kind of reminds me of V-8 Tomato Juice. Unfortunately I found that I lost my taste for it quickly. But where there’s a will there’s a way right?
NOTE: You cannot survive on this soup alone, nor should you want to. Consult your doctor for any special diets and weight loss programs. (Do I really have to state this?)
