Season’s Greetings!
Who doesn’t love a beautiful, festive looking cocktail around the holidays. With only three ingredients you can make some gorgeous candied cranberries to use as your garnish to cocktails and special dishes.
They give a little tang and sweetness to those special holiday drinks. They are so easy to make with sugar, water and a bag of fresh cranberries, they are sure to put a smile on your guest’s faces and help you get through the holidays a little easier.
Make sure to use parchment or wax paper on your tray, and that they are nicely settled in a single layer so they don’t stick together. You want to make sure they’re dry and the sugar is stuck to your cranberries before you store them in a container in a container in a cool dry place. They should last for up to a week, but I doubt they’ll you’ll be able to hold onto them for that long!
