I think when people hear the 'Moscow' in Moscow Mule, they consider it a winter drink. But I love this one all year long especially with fresh herbs from my garden.
Squeeze 1-2 wedges of lime into a copper mug (with liner insert) or collins glass.
Fill ice to top, pour in the vodka and fill with cold ginger beer.
Garnish with sprig of rosemary and lime wedge, and serve with a stirring rod/straw.
You can of course use your favorite vodka. But to make this Gluten-Free I opted to use Tito's Handmade Vodka.
